The 2009 LHU Bear Mountain River Run High School/Middle School XC Invitational will be held on Saturday, September 5th. If your teams plan to compete, please fax or email this form to Head Coach Aaron Russell at 570-484-2709 or ARUSSELL@LHUP.EDU
When: Saturday, September 5th, 2009
Start Times: 11:00 a.m. Middle School Boys 2 mile race
11:30 a.m. Middle School Girls 2 mile race
12:00 p.m. Boys 5 kilometer race
12:30 p.m. Girls 5 kilometer race
Where: Lock Haven University West Branch Cross Country Course.
(Approximately two miles from main campus)
Entry Fee: $75 per high school team; boys and girls considered separate teams.
$35 per middle school team; boys and girls considered separate teams.
(Unlimited number of entries per team)
Scoring: PIAA rules apply, with the top five athletes scoring and the next two used to displace.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top two teams in each race; The top ten individuals in each of the four races will receive medals. The presentation of awards will take place 30 minutes after the last race.

Course: Very flat, and 99% grass.
Other: *Souvenir T-Shirts will be available (while supplies last)
*A small concession stand will be available at the race site.
